don't eat at night

avoid dairy products, avoid ice cream, 

you are overweight, you have excess fat in your chest and belly, and butt, and thighs, and arms and calves, 

journal, or do Hitbodedut, write about the things that trigger you, write about the drama in your life

listen to your belly

don't eat when it is irritable

get to the point of a loose belly, a belly without stress, a light belly, 

allow autophagy

sit straight

walk straight

pray to G-d

complete 3 runs and 3 gym workouts a week, for this week it's 3 more gym workouts and 2 more runs

practice saying 'no' to food
