don't eat in the morning

start eating fruit

drink protein shake

don't eat after sunset

today I'm fasting till 9:22

eat green leaves

listen to your belly

work while standing

complete 2 runs + 1 gym for this week

eat a salad every day

don't drink coffee

don't drink alcohol

try to avoid bread, or minimize your consumption of it

drink water

be active

rest

take rests

go to sleep early/ when you're tired

sleep till late

cover your eyes with blindfolds

measure your circumference daily

take walks

find out when the yoga lessons in your gym are and attend them

if you go to NYC go to the gym there

grow fruit and veggies

eat smaller portions

eat raw food meals

eat walnuts, Brazil nuts, eat dates

avoid chocolate, ice cream, dairy products, pizza, cheese, butter, eggs
