take walks

go to the gym

drink water

avoid coffee

avoid cigarettes

avoid alcohol

remember what happened yesterday when I drank the cocktail

work while standing 

go to OA meeting

eat green leaves

eat fresh vegetables

eat fruit

eat watermelon, cherry, grapes, apples, bananas, peaches, lychee, raspberry, blueberries 

eat pistachio, walnut, 

avoid sugar, 

avoid oil,

avoid fried food, 

avoid trans fat, 

bring 2 chairs, put the laptop and the mouse on them, and work while standing

(I did it now)

if L workout and I can't because of a meeting/ fast/ synagogue - complete it

instead of coffee - drink green tea or the chocolate-flavored vegan protein powder

measure your circumference daily
