I ate watermelon today. I drank coffee also with almond milk and smoked a cigarette.

my goals:

to eat healthily, and to lose fat

how does it go?

what do I need to do to achieve it?

listen to your stomach

fast between the meals

drink water

do grounding, stand barefoot on the grass

complete run3 by tomorrow

relax, calm, 

meditate

follow bowel movements, record them, log them, write down when it happens

my aim is to sense a loose belly

so, reach that sensation and keep it

read about meditations

read about health, tips for fat loss, nutrition

make a protein shake with fruit, green leaves

make a salad with green leaves, and cook cereals and lentils

stop eating

think about rabbi Nachman, who tried hard to control and overcome his desire to eat.

and succeeded to eat less and less.

eat raw vegan meals 

eat the melon, the kiwis, this apple, these plums, the plums in the fridge, the dates, walnut, Brazil nuts, pistachio
