drink water

eat low-fat diet

ear high raw vegan diet

run today

go to the gym today/tomorrow

try to have 3 gym sessions, 3 runs, 1 yoga, and a few walks each week

eat the pineapple, cherry, grapes, bananas, watermelon, mango, cucumber tomato, 

tofu, protein powder, Brazil nuts, figs, walnuts, pistachio, B12 twice a week, dates, blueberries, 

listen to your belly

don't eat in the mornings and in the evenings/nights

drink green tea

stand while working

spend time in nature

go for a run-walk soon

meditate every day

read Cheeke's book, Eating, raw food explained, watch youtube, 

there are inspiring fb groups, 

do squats at home, push-ups, sit-ups, plank, learn about body weight exercises

lose your weight by eating fewer meals, smaller meals, clean food, whole plant foods, 

say 'no' to foods, when you're not hungry, when you ate enough, when they are junk foods, unhealthy foods, non vegan foods,
