I'm standing right now, while I'm on the computer
I meditated, extended the length of the meditation from 15 to 20 min.
I adjusted the length of the bell for 25 minutes of meditation tomorrow.
this week I have Tish'ah B'av fast. from Wednesday evening to Thursday night. so, on Thursday, I won't workout. today started as if there won't be gym. so, I should complete it on Saturday or before Thursday.
there are many fruit at home: kiwi, cherry, grapes, apples, melon, watermelon,
and vegetables: lettuce, green leaves, carrots
and dips: hummus,
and legumes and cereals: quinoa, brown rice
In general, in order to loose fat, I should eat less, drink water, listen to my belly, don't eat fast, or as a greedy person or like a person who has never seen food or enjoyed food or who doesn't carry extra fat.
I should take small amounts of foods
I should eat slowly every bite.
the fat that there are so much food served on the table or on the plate doesn't mean I need to eat it all, and not leave some for later, for others.
