tips for myself

start to let go of the chocolate addiction

every day chocolate croissant should be let go

coffee should be let go

cigarettes - there are 2 more cigarettes left in the package. leave them out, in the street

eat more green leaves, a head of lettuce a day

drink water, herbal tea, green tea instead of coffee

avoid alcohol

avoid bread

keep wearing T-shirt sized Large

it is exactly your size as it is stretched on your body

and by that reminds you your limits

your belly is well seen

aspire to wear this size and get to the point the T-shirt is loose

eat fruit for breakfast

eat fruit for lunch

eat a salad for dinner

don't eat early in the morning

don't eat late at night

go to sleep early

listen to your belly

take fruit and water when you're out

eat every bite slowly

stop eating when you're starting to feel

avoid croissants, pastries, bread, pretzel, pita, buns, 

consume protein: powder, tofu, lentils, broccoli, beans, chia seeds

don't eat when you're not hungry
