 tips for myself

run today

go for a run-walk

read TMI and meditate

listen to your belly

buy a big box of green leaves, include them in your meals

eat meals of fruit and leaves

eat cucumber

eat 2 Brazil nuts every day

read Cheek's book, Eating, use the helping tools, sit straight, put the laptop at a higher level now.

stand while working on the laptop

eat mangoes, apples. 

yes, keep your back straight

that the food will flow through the GI tract and won't get stuck because of a fold

take rests, sleep till late, it's your vacation

eat slow

stop eating when it's enough. Don't insert more food into your mouth after that point of becoming satiated. this is a subtle point.

eat grapes, watermelon, pineapple

measure your waist circumference every day
