and such a small belly look so good

I saw my belly today in the mirror, it's so big

i think, in order to get a small belly, I must eat less, much less, at least for a while

like a meal of an apple, a lunch of a carrot

tips to myself

go to sleep early

Avoid coffee - it's not tasty for me, 

Avoid alcohol - I don't enjoy it

choose raw food meals, for example: melon, watermelon, apples, pineapple, figs, bananas

consume protein: tofu, powder

eat a lot of green leaves

Avoid smoking

avoid chips

avoid ice cream

avoid bread, pastries, pita, roll, bun, wrap

avoid juices, avoid sugar, 

avoid dairy, pizza, cheese, butter, 

avoid eggs

avoid oil

avoid big meals

choose small meals

don't eat in the morning

don't eat after sunset

start the eating window with fruits and leaves

listen to your belly

stand while working

you should shit 1-2 a day naturally, and the poop is supposed to be smooth and of the shape of a banana

run 3 times a week

complete the 3rd run of this week today

go 3 times to the gym a week

go to yoga class on Tuesday

take walks

listen to your body

go to sleep early

sleep 7 hours a night
