 1st update

tips for me:

drink water

have smoothies of fruit, leaves, and protein powder

eat fruit

listen to your belly

water fast in the morning and at night

go for runs

go for walks

workout at the gym

don't smoke

leave the cigarettes out

don't drink coffee, don't have coffee

eat slowly

eat less, eat smaller amounts

work while standing

eat avocado, bananas, figs, apples, cucumbers, tomatoes, sprouts, tofu, nuts, dried fruit, cranberries, 

avoid sugar, avoid bread, avoid chocolate

avoid processed foods

eat smaller amounts

listen to your belly

drink water

take water with you when you leave the house

do grounding

meditate

learn about meditation

use the helping tools

spend time on Instagram, Facebook groups, watch YouTube, get inspired

do push-ups, sit-ups, squats, and plank  at home

do writing exercises

cleanse your body

allow detoxification

allow autophagy

let the body eat itself

experience being hungry, 

drink water as a meal

eat apples, turn to raw food, remind yourself your galls, why do you want to get them

eat peaches, mangoes, pistachios, cherry
