I'm in the library now.
I need to change a seat. it's not comfortable where I'm sitting.
I need to finish 1 run and 1 gym today.
at 7:30 there's a meeting but I already was in a meeting and the sports it more important so I'm not sure I'll go to another meeting.

avoiding eating when it's still digesting and processing food,
I should avoid eating when I feel a content and pressure in my belly
when I eat, I should choose healthy food, eat it slowly, eat every bite slowly, pay attention to when it's enough and not touch food till the next hunger no matter what.
I should run and go to the gym today and tomorrow it's a gym day.
there's also a yoga lesson tomorrow at 9:45.
I should journal as well
i should meditate
I should read about meditation, tips for fat loss, health, nutrition,
I should use helping tools and writing exercises
now for example it's time to fast.
