listen to your belly

don't offer junk food/ overeating options
read OA text
go to an OA meeting
read HHH book, read Eating and read VBB&F
use the helping tools, use writing exercises
read TMI and meditate
stop eating
eat less
eat less meals
log your meals
measure your waist circumference
avoid coffee, avoid cigarettes, avoid alcohol, avoid bread, avoid packaged foods
eat slowly every bite
avoid eating when you're not hungry
avoid eating in the morning
avoid eating in the late evening/ at nights
eat high raw food diet
finish listening to the last 11 minutes of the last RFH recording
go to the yoga lesson tomorrow
meditate
spent time with yourself
to stay at home too much
drink water, drink herbal tea, drink green tea
avoid juices
you don't have to finish foods if you're not hungry or already satiated
stand while working on your laptop
