3 gym and 3 run workouts a week from Sun to Fri.

go to the yoga lesson on Tuesday

fast between the meals
eat less
eat smaller portions
don't get second or third helpings
don't talk about food
do push-ups at home, squats at home, plank, and sit-ups.

fast till the sensation of a loose belly
eat your fat, let your body eat your fat, drink water as a meal, eat raw food meals, eat a lettuce head a day, eat more green leaves.
