my goals: to eat healthily, to lose fat and to promote and help other people to do the same.

tips for myself:

listen to your belly

don't eat if there is content

engage yourself with other deeds/ things to do/ actions/ 

there is food in the fridge: 

quinoa, lentils, buckwheat, brown rice, apple mash, pistachio. chia seeds, cherry, plums, protein powder etc.

3 gym and 3 run workouts a week from Sun to Fri. 

read about health, tips for fat loss, and nutrition.

sit straight

meditate

read about meditation

use the helping tools

do writing exercises

sunbathe

do grounding

go to the yoga lesson on Tuesday

fast

fast between the meals

eat less

eat smaller portions

don't get second or third helpings

don't talk about food

do push-ups at home, squats at home, plank, and sit-ups.

add 3 updates a day to this blog.

run today

stand while working on your computer

fast till the sensation of a loose belly

eat your fat, let your body eat your fat, drink water as a meal, eat raw food meals, eat a lettuce head a day, eat more green leaves.
