there's cut watermelon ready to eat

there's melon in the fridge

how is it going?

I'm not sure there will be a run today

tomorrow I start a fast, so I should run in the morning.

let me see when's the fast: 8:20 and it's ending at 9:06pm on Thursday. 

this is crazy

at the moment, I want to eat

I made a salad. there are 2 industrialized, processed sauces we bought, and I take responsibility to this shopping choice. 

I smoked twice today

I was at home most of the time

maybe we will take a walk later, after dinner

we talked about buying scales

what will help me to achieve this goal?

drinking water

stop talking about food

turn to fresh fruit and vegetables, 

listen to my belly

read about health, natural health, raw food explained

eat slowly
