I need to journal too

I should do 3 updates of 10 min a day here in this blog.

my belly's full right now

I left a package of cigarettes, in which there were 5 cigarettes in it, on a bench at a bus stop.

I had a 2nd bowel movement today when I felt a minor need to get emptied, and usually, I ignore this kind of minor signal. but today, I decided to not to ignore real or pseudo needs to go to the toilet. and indeed, it was a real need and I got emptied for the second time today.

I'm trying to sit straight now. I believe the GI tract is not blocked this way. I believe in this way the tract is opened, and the food is flowing without getting stuck where the pipe is folded because of a bad torso position. it is flowing and there is a flow. and less constipation.

I cut melon today

there are cherries, plums, half an apple, kiwis, lettuce, cucumber, 

yes, there is healthy food to eat. pistachio as well. 

protein powder, chia seeds

green tea, herbal tea, 

water, cold water in the fridge.

lemons

I think we should throw the 2 sauces we bought because I wanted.

they are too processed, and I was weak at that time. I wanted vinegar, and instead bought those 2 sauces...

my goals: to eat healthily and to lose fat.

what should I do?

3 updates a day, here

drink water

drink cold water

take water when you go out

sit straight

measure yourself, the circumference, every day, at this moment, 

meditate, read and learn about meditation.

work on your computer while standing.

stop eating

eat less

eat less meals

don't eat in the morning

have available healthy satisfying options near by, like fruit

consume healthy protein

eat raw food meal

finish listening to the last Zoom meeting

tomorrow is another week, try to push 3 gym workouts and 3 runs to Sun-Fri.

go to sleep early

read about tips to lose fat

take rests when you need, don't try to use substances to wake up ( like sugar, chocolate, coffee and cigarette), just go to rest if you're tired.

go to sleep when you're tired at night

put out the urges/ cravings etc. by drinking water or pouring water into your mouth.

take walks,

ride the bike

consume quiet time, like at the moment.

listen to your belly

remember someone who tried to control his desire for food

have health coaching sessions often and make them longer.

how do I promote healthy lifestyle?

maybe I upload videos in English to promote it

maybe I talk about it with people around me

maybe I volunteer in school or create a program to teach about it

I think about at

I write a book about it

I grow vegetables, I try to be a minimalist

I make videos of what I eat in a day wherever I am in the world.
