listen to your belly
reach the state of feeling a loose belly and keep it.

eat fruit: cherry, plums

cook: quinoa, lentils, fava beans, chickpea, tahini, almond, pistachio, lemon juice

3 run and 3 gym workouts a week. 5 more workouts for this week, 3 more runs and 2 more gym workouts.
are you hungry? do you have cravings for specific foods? eat healthy foods and see what happens. the hunger will subside.
interpret craving for specific unhealthy foods as a need to eat. period. and then, turn to healthy foods.
be active, take a walk, don't just sit for hours, get up occasionally, stretch and walk a little.
