yesterday, was Saturday, I ran 4.5 km in the morning and I worked out at the gym at evening 1 hour.
my legs muscles felt today.
I think the run was really good
and paying attention that the latest coffee were bitter and not tasty made me choose green tea today.
I think reading and learning about health, where green tea was mentioned helped me too.

I started 104kg and now I'm 98. it means I lost 6kg already.
thinking about more squats for my quads muscles. 100 a day. deep squats.
looking for my next run. I'll try to reach 5 km at least.
I have 13 days holiday soon to reach the goal of 10km. I'll run in Tel Aviv promenade. I can run and return by bus.

running from my home to the end or mouth of HaYarkon is 9.8 km. amazing.
I can do that 3 times a week and I'll become fit as hell. I'll have a flat belly, strong, stiff, lean, ripped, shredded, slim, tight, thin wall belly.
