I plan joining a weekly an online OA meeting in English
in some point I'll take a walk or run
I want to run in TLV promenade
but not at noon, or you know what? noon is fine too. I'll take the motor scooter to do it. I'll make a dream come true. to run in the promenade of Tel Aviv after a long time.
yesterday I saw a fit guy in the gym doing cardio on an elliptical. maybe I should consider coming to the gym for cardio workouts.
I didn't weigh myself today nor measure my circumference.

I'm not going to leave it in the street this time (did it twice for quitting but it didn't work).
maybe I should read and learn about evil inclination and how to cope with it.
I should take a paper and write everything I have, all the food. read it everyday and write it again once a week on Sundays.

I met a friend today, and he reminded me that I can engage myself and pass the time even if I'm alone.
I don't need a partner that interferes with all the things I want to do
it's like I had a partner who we met only late in the end of the day after he did everything he wanted to.
