yesterday I worked out at the gym. but I was free later and ran although it wasn't planned, in another beautiful city. I ran 32 minutes.
I should right all the exercising I do in a week in one place.

the last try of freezing cooked food was good. maybe it was the previous fridge which was old that didn't do its work well.
so, I'm going to use it. I already use it for the cat's food.
I should really sort all the veggies I have in my fridge.
I should manage the kitchen like a restaurant owner. and of course wash the dishes once a day at least.
I have a Zoom meeting at 4 p.m. so after that I can start running. I'm glad I got back to running.
