I need to journal too

but here I write about food, exercising

I might ride the bike to Tel Aviv and back

there will be a buffet and I plan not to eat over the limit

I lest the cigs I bought and the lighter in the street.

I need to tidy my apartment. 

haven't learned about health for a long time

there are problems in my personal life

haven't returned to running

I don't weigh myself lately

there's no change

holiday of almost 13 days without work is soon to be over ( in 4 days).

there are many socializing opportunities 

I'm overweight

I took a walk last night, of about 35 minutes.

I went to the gym today.

first thing in the morning workout is perfect for me.

let's say I start to work at 8:15. and I need to drive at 7:30. 

it's early. 

if I wake up at 5:30, I have time to workout

but then, I need to go to sleep at 22:30? at 21:30. 

it's not easy. 

but I think I have some mornings that I start later.

I'm registered to a race that is gonna take place in Novemer 2nd.

I have 2 weeks and 4 days for that.

it's too much to bear

In the worst case, I won't go. or quit earlier! amazing idea!

I wrote a food plan for today.

so, I have 3 columns chart: 

food plan, good foods, bad foods. something like that.

and I should write the food I have.

 too many tools. and books.

how can people add kids to that?
