I took a walk last night, of about 35 minutes.
I went to the gym today.
first thing in the morning workout is perfect for me.
let's say I start to work at 8:15. and I need to drive at 7:30.
it's early.
if I wake up at 5:30, I have time to workout
but then, I need to go to sleep at 22:30? at 21:30.
it's not easy.
but I think I have some mornings that I start later.
I'm registered to a race that is gonna take place in Novemer 2nd.
I have 2 weeks and 4 days for that.
it's too much to bear
In the worst case, I won't go. or quit earlier! amazing idea!
I wrote a food plan for today.
so, I have 3 columns chart:
food plan, good foods, bad foods. something like that.
and I should write the food I have.
too many tools. and books.
how can people add kids to that?
