12:13 update
I started with a gym in the morning (sounds crazy now)
finally had a coffee+soy milk +cig before work
then 2 clementines
1 clementine
and then a fall. free food at school
3 sandwiches, each with 2 yellow cheese slices and fresh veggies
1 slice of bread, 2 more yellow cheese
(total 7 bread slices (and I brought food to work) and 8 yellow cheese slice)
it didn't end, I kept eating free food. a cup with cow milk (although there's soy milk) with cornflakes.
it's bad. I know.
13:59 I continued and ate a chocolate ball, some fruit ( persimmon), 2 cakes, coffee with soy milk.
