time flies. it's holiday but I should lower the gear and relax.

yesterday there was a fit guy in the synagogue. he grew as athlete. a swimmer. in one point in the meal he stopped eating but I kept eating.
he talked about his career as an athlete. he said he had to swim 20 hours during college. but it wasn't only those 20 hours. he said that it was around it. sleeping on time and enough for those trainings, eating the right amounts and in the right times for those trainings.
that's a lesson for me.
since my exercising routine is not organized/ rooted/ scheduled,
the eating is the same.
well, this ankle issue diverted me from a scheduled exercising.
the cig and the coffee are drugs. I want to go back to be clean of smoking.
