it's my day off

bad things:

I ate 3 burekases (cheese, spinach, potato), chocolate pastry, coffee almond milk, cigarette.

good:

I walked 23 minutes,  I cooked quinoa + red (orange lentils), I bought nuts + dried fruit.

I dedicated time for Raw Food Heros.

I read 30 minutes The power of the subconscious mind

plans:

to walk 37 min more

to eat 3 fruit meals

to listen to my belly

to make a salad

to buy vegetables for the salad like green leaves

to buy pistachio

to learn about health, 

tips

to meditate

to take a noon nap
