The situation is bad

Today, so far:

Sufganiya, sufgania, coffee plant milk, 4 cheese burekas,

2 pita, salads, pickles, olives, 2 potato burekas, chocolate pastry, coffee cigarette


1-hour power workout, 3rd for this week,

No fruit meal, although along all these meals I carry 6 clementines.

I started to rewrite the daily paper

And I wrote only healthy foods and exercising

No other things at all

And did it help me today?

No

It feels like I’m in the worst health situation

I don’t think I have plans for the weekend

So I can spend maximum time for healing

Like walks runs yoga meditation 

I won’t be able to stay at home all day

So I’ll use the regular bike if it’s not raining

And ride where?

To places where I can take walks, to synagogues, to places where I can run, to meet special friends.

What else? I can read how not to die

Can participate in OA meeting, CoDA meeting, read books, rest, get inspired, have health coaching sessions like this,
