today is the day for Gym2, but I decided to stay here, at home, to balance the time I escape home.
I might take with me towel and clothes but on the other hand, I'll return with food and I might help a friend to arrange his apartment.
it's the first day out of 7 days off
but it's full of plans
I might take with me the laptop
or a notebook will do for the train to good deeds for my change/ fix
tomorrow I will travel again to the north
maybe I can combine a walk
I ate clementines today
I should eat daily green leaves
make a salad daily
eat my cooked food
listen to my belly/ stomach
take walks, ride the bike, run, run outside, run in the gym, prioritize exercising over going to events and lessons (socializing with intellect)
I need to move right now and to rest at the same time
I'm high from the coffee cigarette
and there is pressure in my belly because of too many clementines.
I might stand, or meditate
I should read
maybe I'll try to work in the sun, my feet are cold.

6. Raw Food Rising - weekly live streams, filmed courses, recorded live streams, texts.

9. reading books
10. meditating.
