I ate already 3 fruit meals, nuts and dry fruit - 60% of food
for 100% food I've left: my cooked food + my salad
I plan today gym3+4un3
maybe I'll wait for 9p.m. to workout with a friend and his personal trainer
or I'll do it before and be free at night in Tel Aviv
I think that lately I'm more focus in the nutrition
I need to find the paper of the currently shopping list and the constant list
I think that I should weigh myself everyday, and watch myself naked in the mirror for 5 minutes
and maybe measure my circumference.
