 10 minutes 1st update:

spinach burekas, potato burekas, chocolate pastry, coffee almond milk, cig ( the cigarettes are finished and I have a budget of 26 nis per day till the next salary in order to get out of the overdraft.)

it's 15:33 and I finish working at 16:30

then I plan to have my 1st workout of the week. in Holon chain.

then I might dedicate the time to self work like: the manual, reading, 

I can take a walk and listen to 

OA meeting, CoDA meeting and RFH recording 

I ate fruit1, I have persimmons, and an apple

I should make my daily salad

I should get back to picturing my healthy meals

I added to the weekly exercising plan 3 runs; run1, run2 ,run3

I hope I'm done with the cigarettes, 'cause I've got no money for that

maybe that will be my excuse for quitting

I should eat leaves

I filled the bottle with water

I should buy tofu, watermelon, 

I finished the pistachio, I'll add it to the list
