I plan to the cooked food I made yesterday

I'll start to use a marker, I highlighted: to make a salad, to eat my cooked food, gym 3, walk, and run.

I bought yesterday nuts and fried fruit. my friend ate it and I haven't yet.

I have less money till January 10. so, I'll eat less outside. 

but I'm gonna have a birthday so I'll host then expend some money.
