I started with 2 bread, dairy chocolate, banana, coffee ( no milk nor sugar), cigarette.
I'm at work. I have here leftover rice + lentils from yesterday
I have persimmons
I've got clothes for a workout (and a shower) after work
I plan an aerobic workout - a walk or a run in the gym!/ outdoor/ in the street
I plan to make a salad and eat it - I'm highlighting that now, and the fruits and the workouts.
I'm adding for today to dedicate time for My December Health Manual
tips for toady:
you have dried fruit: figs, dates, plums, apricot
I have almonds, walnut, brazil nuts, pecan,
I have grapes, banana
drink water
you have food
go through the mindset section in December Manual, elaborate it.
