today: I ate 3 fruit meals, banana, persimmon, and persimmons.
I ate my cooked food. it's 80%.
I didn't eat a salad.
I'm now outside the house.
I don't have access to my kitchen,

one barrier to making a salad is the missing tahini. I should buy a tahini.
Finally people confirmed coming to my (birthday) dinner on Friday. so, we'll do it.
today the gym workout was with a friend and his personal trainer. They invited me to work out with them tomorrow at 9p.m. I think i'll go for it. i just need to complete a run before. so maybe I'll run at 8:50 p.m.

oh! I used a helping tool today at the gym's showers. looking at myself naked for 5 minutes.
I think this tool helps. and I should do it daily. I don't get reminded often enough about how fat I become. I should do it daily.
