desserts: dates + walnuts/ Brazil nuts/ pumpkin and sunflower seeds, dried mango/apricot/fig/pineapple/plum/ apple/ bananas/ cranberries/ raisins
bread + peanut + healthy jam, bread + healthy chocolate,
soup: vegetables(potato, onion, pumpkin, carrot, celery, parsley), chickpeas, lentils

I cooked soup and buckwheat+canned beans in tomato sauce
I made and ate 2 slices of bread with tomato avocado, tofu, and olives. then had a date with pumpkin seeds and then added to the morning coffee almond milk I bought plus smoked from a cig.

There was another cup of soup, before the 2nd dog walk, this time with veggies, I'm not hungry and should water fast.
I finished a blueberry herbal tea.
I ate some buckwheat + beans and then 3 slices of bread with chocolate and a cup of almond milk

I don't have milk, so I sit in bed after I've only had water.

16:04 At the moment, my mind is clear. not as after a cigarette or a coffee. I'm not hungry. my belly is bloated. I'm aware of a craving for a yellow cheese sandwich and I'm going to sit at a cafe tonight.
