I made a decision about Passover, so I don’t need to engage in thinking about that dilemma.

Oranges. Clementines, quinoa lentil soy chips + tahini and salad from yesterday, dates, herbal tea,
At home I have ripe bananas for v protein smoothie
I have lettuce at home, I can eat it with bananas,
I need to add to the shopping list: dried cranberries, raisins, walnut, pumpkin, flax, and sunflower seeds.

now I need to fast
Thursday is a studies day, but it's also a fast day. 4 -18.
This year I should fast. I'll try.
