yesterday I was at the gym, in Tel Aviv

there were many fit guys. it was like a punch for me to see where they are and where I am, the difference, the extra weight I carry over a fit body

I should keep going to the gyms in Tel Aviv

I think it will help me to get these punches that may encourage me to stay on track to a fit body. 

I did a power workout on Sat and Sun so today, is a running day, and I'm gonna do it with Levana. with Your Help.

I ate a baguette with falafel, then a small chocolate pastry and at home coffee v milk and cig

then had to walk the dog.

I have food

in spite of that, I bought food out

I also don't have money, and I'll pause here to update my balance

done.

so, what can help me choose healthy options?

I should run today

I can weigh myself

I'll eat the 5 bananas that are left

I can eat them in lettuce leaves

or in a smoothie with v protein

I have an avocado that is waiting

a slice of bread or two in the fridge.

tomorrow is gym day. 

I have the quinoa dish with soy chips, the cooked chickpeas in their water

sauekraut, pickles, 

there's pasta sauce, pasta

frozen schnitzel 

maybe I need to write everything I eat in two columns, healthy and unhealthy

I'm so tired.

19:32 I ran with the dog! till the beach

then I blended the 4 remaining bananas and added/decorated it with some mint leaves.
