I ran today
I added another section to the plan
to write in each hour, whether I have a pleasant feeling in my belly or not
I'm supposed to complete 2 more gyms and 1 more run for this week's plan.
my belly is bloated
maybe I could go to the gym now
I'm stressed or nervous. because I'm chatting with my niece and I made my family members aware of her situation.
when I'm hungry, I plan to eat hummus and vegetables. a salad. with celery, sauerkraut, cucumbers, olives, etc.
