drinks: water, herbal tea, homemade lemonade ( lemon, mint, maple), green tea, tea + v milk, coconut water, organic decaf,
desserts: dates + walnuts/ Brazil nuts/ pumpkin and sunflower seeds, dried mango/apricot/fig/pineapple/plum/ apple/ bananas/ cranberries/ raisins
bread + peanut + healthy jam, bread + healthy chocolate,
soup: vegetables(potato, onion, pumpkin, carrot, celery, parsley), chickpeas, lentils
I finished reading
what I ate:
v yogurt, raisins
yellow cheese sandwich (sourdough bread ) at Aroma Cafe,
with coffee v milk cig and a chocolate cube.
then I did 1-hour power workout at the gym.
then I tidied a little. and had a massage.
then I walked the dog and then I ate:
2 long slices of bread with avocado, tofu, tomato, and olives. it was delicious. then I had a date with walnuts.

it's 7:26. I think I'll study a little and then go to the gym, with Your help
then I'll return to study and tidy the house
at 12:30 I have a massage
