 I start reading what I copied:

my goals are 

to eat more healthily, 

lose body fat, 

and help other people to do the same.


menu for today:


meals I can always make:

salad (cucumber, lettuce, tomato, parsley, tahini, lemon, mustard, cilantro)

green smoothie ( v protein, green leaves, fruits: apples, bananas)

baked sweet potato

steamed veggies: like broccoli

rice/buckwheat/quinoa+ white beans with tomato sauce

healthy noodles, tomato sauce, tofu

homemade hummus: cooked chickpea, tahini, lemon, parsley, paprika, cumin

v yogurt

homemade sandwich: avocado/ tofu + tomato

fruits meal (clementines), an apple, bananas, pears, oranges, 

bananas + lettuce

drinks: water, herbal tea, homemade lemonade ( lemon, mint, maple), green tea, tea + v milk, coconut water, organic decaf, 

desserts: dates + walnuts/ Brazil nuts/ pumpkin and sunflower seeds, dried mango/apricot/fig/pineapple/plum/ apple/ bananas/ cranberries/ raisins

bread + peanut + healthy jam, bread + healthy chocolate, 

soup: vegetables(potato, onion, pumpkin, carrot, celery, parsley), chickpeas, lentils

I might have to take a nap now

and I'm not sure about going for a trip tomorrow

I woke up at 4:30 this morning and didn't sleep since then

I had a test, and then a garage, and then a test for the motorbike, and then a dog walk


tips for me

the test period is over

I have a lot of work and studies to complete in my spare time

I want to return to 3 power workouts a day

I scheduled meetings with myself about my lifestyle and relationship

I need to take a shower, wash the floor, go shopping, do the laundry

I want to return to go to the synagogues

there is war out there and I have so much to do

I also blame myself for the mistreatment of a dying kitten I wanted to adopt.
