I have food at home. the quinoa dish and the chickpea
why am I drawn to eating falafel? because it's fresher.
but then, the quinoa becomes even older
maybe I need to cook small portions
maybe I need to freeze portions
maybe I need to remember to turn to my cooked food before it becomes older
maybe I should cook only one pot and not two at the same time. maybe I should finish one first.
now, after the falafel my belly is bloated. and it's not now. it's 3.5 hours later.

I'll try to fast Esther fasting day tomorrow although it's a long studies day.
