menu for today:

homemade hummus: cooked chickpea, tahini, lemon, parsley, paprika, cumin
v yogurt
homemade sandwich: avocado/ tofu + tomato
fruits meal (clementines), an apple, bananas, pears, oranges,
bananas + lettuce
drinks: water, herbal tea, homemade lemonade ( lemon, mint, maple), green tea, tea + v milk, coconut water, organic decaf,
desserts: dates + walnuts/ Brazil nuts/ pumpkin and sunflower seeds, dried mango/apricot/fig/pineapple/plum/ apple/ bananas/ cranberries/ raisins
bread + peanut + healthy jam, bread + healthy chocolate,
soup: vegetables(potato, onion, pumpkin, carrot, celery, parsley), chickpeas, lentils

I finished work. I didn't have time to eat.
I knew that if I was coming home, I have a cat and a dog, who wants to go out, waiting.
I fell
I stopped at the center on my way home,

two chocolate pastries

a cig
and then I had a headache.
the coffee impacted me a lot, I talked a lot (with someone in the dog garden)
now, at 16:29, I'm finally home. I'm sitting in bed, updating this blog, and going to study for my test.
I plan to balance the fall, by eating
1. the fruit I took to work
2. the dish I cooked
3. the soup I cooked
4. herbal teas and water.

18:22 I ate 3 clementines. I still have a headache because of the coffee-cig
