my goals:

lose body fat

eat more healthily

help others do the same


my plan:

1. weekly sessions about health and relationship, 1 hour each v

2. daily record of what I eat, good and bad, 30295 blog daily 30 minutes in 3-6 parts of 10-5 minutes v

3. 3 power workouts and 3 runs ,one yoga class a week v

4. daily weight and belly circumference measuring v

5. writing a menu for today v

6. daily meditation v

7. daily balance check + credit card use v

8. daily food preparation v

9. daily washing the dishes v

10. going shopping for food to prepare at home at the supermarket and greengrocer. v

11. daily keeping the fire of motivation by consuming inspiring content (physical: nutrition and fitness and mental)

12. 5 minutes naked in front of the mirror V


my menu:

1. protein smoothie + leaves + fruits V

2. water, herbal tea, fresh juice, homemade lemonade, mint infusion,  V

3. vegetable soup (celery, potato, pumpkin, root, chickpeas, lentils, parsley, carrot, garlic, onion) V

4. cereals: brown/red rice/ buckwheat/ quinoa, legumes: mung beans, lentils, V

cornflakes + v milk V

5. edamame V

6. sandwich: hummus, tofu,  V

7. vegetable green salad V

8. healthy noodles + tofu + tomato sauce V

9. dates, dried fruits, nuts (walnut, pecan, pistachio, almond, Brazil)+ seeds (flax, pumpkin, sunflower) V

10. fruits: apples, pears, bananas, clementines, oranges, V


what I ate today:

good:

bad:

potato burekas, chocolate pastry, coffee v milk

toast with 2 kinds of cheese, olives, tomato, mushroom, onion, sauces: garlic, pizza, pesto.

I'm going to get inspired now till 2 pm

I made a decision

it was easy

I can make decisions.

what can I do to change the way I eat?

maybe I can ask Google or AI this question

what is the real question?

how can I eat less?

how can I choose/decide not to eat when I'm not hungry?

how can I not think about eating when I'm not hungry?

or how can I act when I'm not hungry and think of eating?

how can I listen more to my belly and act in alignment to it?

for example, now my belly is a little bit bloated, I'm not hungry, I'm a little bit tired, 

I should fast

I ate junk food today

I have 3 apples, they are unwashed, I have a knife

but I have an appetite to enjoy food, even though my belly is not empty

I'm addicted to food

I think of food and eating to feel better, to alleviate my emotions. 


I said to do these 30 minutes in 3 parts and I'm doing them in one time

instead of getting inspired

I have free time and I could spend the time outdoor, walking around the campus

I have a hat, sunglasses

I could walk and see the sea


let me try to give 3 answers to each question I raised:

what can I do to change the way I eat?

run 3 times a week, go 3 times to the gym a week, take a yoga lesson a week

weigh myself every day

write for 30 minutes to this blog


how can I eat less?

I can meditate

I can read about food 

I can look at myself naked in the mirror every day for 5 minutes.


how can I choose/decide not to eat when I'm not hungry?

I need to be motivated. aware of my feelings. why do I feel them. will food really help me and solve the problem? maybe I need to write my menu after everything I eat
