pears, an apple,
hummus with celery, tomato, cucumber, olives, sauerkraut,
avocado, bread, tofu, dates, herbal tea, green smoothie (parsley, apple, pear, v protein powder).

the plan includes too many things
even on a day off I don't get to fill them all
so I do what I can
for today, the menu, I'll fill the menu section.
today I plan to go to the gym after the movie

I'm tired. I don't know why. I tried to drink more of the morning coffee but it didn't taste good so I spilled it.
I think I won't run with the dog today
tips for me to lose body fat and eat more healthily.
1. listen to your belly. use that list of hours and write every hour what's the sensation in your belly.
2. turn to your food
keep checking the balance in the bank every day. and write each time you use the credit card. it might be a daily good reminder that I can't spend money on food that is not homemade.
