 my goals:

lose body fat

eat more healthily

help other people do the same

weight:

my plan:

3 gym, 3 run, 1 yoga

food preparation

5 minutes naked in front of the mirror

food shopping to eat at home

general order in the house, washing dishes

getting inspired by consuming content about nutrition, fitness, and mentality

checking the balance, writing my credit card use, 

checking in with my belly sensation once an hour

30 minutes of updating this blog

meditation

and writing about my relationship.



my menu:

pears, an apple, 

hummus with celery, tomato, cucumber, olives, sauerkraut, 

avocado, bread, tofu, dates, herbal tea, green smoothie (parsley, apple, pear, v protein powder).

the plan includes too many things

even on a day off I don't get to fill them all

so I do what I can

for today, the menu, I'll fill the menu section. 

today I plan to go to the gym after the movie

maybe I'll take the dog for a run after learning statistics.

true. I have time to get inspired. 

I'm tired. I don't know why. I tried to drink more of the morning coffee but it didn't taste good so I spilled it. 

I think I won't run with the dog today


tips for me to lose body fat and eat more healthily.

1. listen to your belly. use that list of hours and write every hour what's the sensation in your belly. 

2. turn to your food

keep checking the balance in the bank every day. and write each time you use the credit card. it might be a daily good reminder that I can't spend money on food that is not homemade.
