writing exercise: fake it till you make it

I'm thin, 

my weight is 74 kilograms

I can do 10 pull ups in a row

I don't smoke

I don't drink coffee

I avoid eating wheat\ white flour\ flour\ pastries\bread\

I avoid eating fried food

I run 3 times a week at least, between 30 minutes to 1 hour

I workout at the gym 2-3 times a week

I practice yoga 2-3 times a week

I ride the bike

I eat green leaves daily

I make salads daily

I eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables daily

I eat 3 fruit meals daily

my belly is loose

I'm active, I move, exercise, work on my handstand

I inspire other people to  live the same lifestyle since I look great, feel good, 

I have energy, stamina, I feel awake, alert, crucial, happy, alive, clear minded, 

my body works like an oiled machine with this fuel

I have daily bowl movements, even few times a day

I drink green juices, fresh juices, green smoothies, water, herbal tea, coconut water, lemon juice, citrus juice, 

I enjoy many flavors, 

I enjoy life,
