self coaching, 15 minutes, Thursday, April 21st, 2022

 today I didn't exercise

I think I need to be more organized

maybe, on each day I should write everything I ate yesterday.

but not only

so, I should call today's (Thursday's) entry: Reflection about Wednesday (done on Thursday)

so

I should write what I ate yesterday, the exercise of yesterday

what food do I have at home, what is my food plan for today and tomorrow, what's my fitness plan, what I need to buy, 

today, after a fall, I thought I should write about my successes, overcomings, 

and now I think about different recording/ way of writing/ logging.

any way I should be consistent.

after the fall I was thinking of having only a paper with the successes/overcomings. nothing else, I thought, is important. 

so

what I decide to do? 

maybe I'll just keep writing freestyle about my process. that's another option since I allocated 15 minutes only to this coaching.
