maybe, on each day I should write everything I ate yesterday.

what food do I have at home, what is my food plan for today and tomorrow, what's my fitness plan, what I need to buy,
today, after a fall, I thought I should write about my successes, overcomings,
and now I think about different recording/ way of writing/ logging.
any way I should be consistent.
after the fall I was thinking of having only a paper with the successes/overcomings. nothing else, I thought, is important.
so
what I decide to do?
maybe I'll just keep writing freestyle about my process. that's another option since I allocated 15 minutes only to this coaching.
