learn about health, devote 1 hour a day for learning and reading, getting inspired by all kinds of sources.

follow healthy people content.

prioritize fitness

get up early for workout

practice yoga, walk, stand, do power exercises at home, 

make salads

buy healthy foods: fresh juice, natural juice, smoothie, salad

keep my diet vegan

meditate


Why do I want to live  a healthy lifestyle?

I want to look fit, younger, 

I want to have energy, not sick tired and fat

I believe in the power that healthy lifestyle can make to heal diseases, prevent diseases, make people look at their best. natural nutrition helps the environment and the animals.


What's my fitness program?

runs, standing, walking, hiking, riding the bike, dancing, working out at the gym, doing power exercises every where, practice yoga

do something every day


What food do I have at home?

celery, beet, carrot, sweet potatoes, potatoes, dates, dried blueberries, 

tahini, lemon, tofu, brazil nuts, walnuts, onion, 

pasta, green red and black lentils, brown rice, quinoa, canned chickpea, chickpea, 

bread, tomatoes, wakame, maple syrup, date honey, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds


What I need to buy?

lettuce, fruit


What's my menu?

3 fruit meals, my cooked food, my salad

leaves, seaweed, selenium, B12, probiotics, omega 3, 

water, herbal tea, fresh juice, smoothie, dried fruit, nuts and seeds, 

sprouts, chopped vegetables, berries


What can I eat today?

dates, brazil nuts, walnuts, I should buy fruit

before I go out I can make a salad with tofu

then I have from noon today till evening tomorrow a trip with friends


What are the recommended eating rules?

eat when I'm hungry

eat more fresh fruit and vegetables
