today I ate 4 bananas, had 40 minutes power workout, ate 1 orange, walked to and from the gym, am doing now self coaching, I cooked, I ate my cooked food.
on the other hand, I had 2 coffee, 2 cigarettes
I'm in emotional state these days, I will write about it in my diary,
tomorrow I visit my family in the north, on Tuesday there's another trip
on Wednesday maybe a trip. Thursday -Sunday there are no plans besides Sunday night in Jerusalem, a night before returning to work.

yesterday I had a green smoothie and it was good.
maybe, probiotics, seaweeds, more fruit and vegetables, green leaves, brazil nuts, water, motion - help my thyroid. I'm off the medication.
I'm not going to write about my emotions but I can say it's hard to function when being in this state.
