Tuesday, April 26th, 2022 - Self health Coaching

I had today 2 fruit meals, 

I ran 10 minutes, 

I practiced a short yoga session

I read 30 minutes "the journey home"

I learn 30 minutes about health.

I didn't work out at the gym

I didn't make my salad

I didn't ate my cooked food nor cooked it.

I'm doing now self health coaching

I'm using yesterday's Gita lesson's tip (including my interpretation): devoting food (and good acts) for the creator of the world 

I want to make salad, but I'm not hungry enough and need to leave soon

I want to eat my cooked food and to learn more about health but I need to leave soon.

I read about leptin and ghrelin, there are many important subjects, like expressions and names of things that I should learn about.

there's not a nice sensation in my belly due to all the junk food I eat

I have very ripe bananas

food I have at home:

my next workout?

what can I cook?

what should I buy?

what can I put in my next salad?

flax seeds, cucumber, dried blueberries, tofu, wakame

purple cabbage, celery, tahini, lemon

what do I want to learn in the next hour of learning about health?
