self health coaching, Thursday , March 31st, 2022

 I had a bad lunch

Gad falafel

Then another half falafel

Then hala with almond paste, chocolate

Coffee soy milk, cigarette

Then I had to sleep because it made me super tired.

What can I do?  Whenever I can, I should do something. Like now having health coaching

I'm still tired. It's afternoon and I'm going to my workplace for 3:42 more hours.

I took with me water and clementines.

I hoped to work out today. 

I must pass at home before that.

I'm too weak not to take. That's fine. I know what I need to do to step up to a higher level. To learn about health, to work out, meditations. Other reading and learning. 

What is my fitness weekly plan?

3 60 minutes walks

3 runs 25-30 minutes

3 yoga

3 60 minutes power workouts

1 dancing tutorial

2 bike rides

My diet plan:

3 fruit meals,my salad, My cooked food

12 more options:

Dried fruit, seaweed, leaves, nuts and seeds, sprouts, chopped vegetables

Water,  herbal tea, fresh juice, smoothie

Omega 3, selenium
