because it's unhealthy, it lowers my energy, it leaves tar in the lungs, it's carcinogenic, it's a bad example to other people,
how do I quit: maybe adding something to my life like running.

how does it feel to be non smoker? after I got used to it, not so different, the breaths are deeper, I feel the emotions more deeply
I want to avoid bread/flour/ white flower/ dough/ pastries or to eat much less and keep it vegan
because it's not natural food, it sticks to the bowels, it contains margarine ( trans fats), it contains salt
how do I achieve it? by learning about health, choosing other healthy foods to get satiated, get used to avoid them, get used to feel the attraction but not to go for it.
how does it feel? the feeling of the results (health, energy, fit body) are good, pleasant, satisfying.
