tips for me to lose body fat and eat more healthily.

1. listen to your belly. use that list of hours and write every hour what's the sensation in your belly. 

2. turn to your food

keep checking the balance in the bank every day. and write each time you use the credit card. it might be a daily good reminder that I can't spend money on food that is not homemade.

to write in each hour, whether I have a pleasant feeling in my belly or not
I'm supposed to complete 2 more gyms and 1 more run for this week's plan.

I'm stressed or nervous. because I'm chatting with my niece and I made my family members aware of her situation.

18:03. I had 1.5 bad days. yesterday I was in northern Israel, with the dog, and it was tough. 

I ate a lot of junk food

I had an idea. 

the paper I hung on the closet/ wardrobe, I want to write the words and phrases/chunks/ expressions/ in a larger font. and separate them. 

I need to wash the dishes, tidy, and make a basic order in Our house, 

I need to wash the piss bottles, water the plants, workout today (run or go to the gym),

I had an idea though for how to better succeed in my lifestyle

maybe it's connected to today? I meditated today twice and took a shower, and I have an important work

I remember now.

every time I write what I eat, I also write what's my menu for the next hours

for example

I've just had a coffee and a cig,

I write that down and then write my menu. 

it was one idea.

I also thought that the next thing I would need to eat was the artichokes. 

and if I don't feel like eating him, I should train myself to eat them first, 

I should train myself to eat something that I don't feel like having.

(at the moment I am thinking about cornflakes and not the artichokes)

in a way, I punish myself by stuffing myself with food

this is emotional eating 

and the feeling is frustration.

another thing. I saw that my next credit card payment is about 10k. 

and sometime during March, I failed to write every time I used them. 

so, today I opened 3 websites and wrote every time I used them, the date, the shop, and the sum. 

it's crazy.  a lot of food out. I must buy more at supermarkets and prepare food at home.

I'm bloated. because of the baked goods. I'm addicted. this is an addiction. I consume foods that are addictive. flower, wheat, cheese, caffeine, nicotine, chocolate, sugar,

it was important to me fast for the situation, the hostages, the soldiers, and everyone who died and sacrificed his life, for You to help us bring peace 

the cost was other sins, buying dairy pizza and a pack of yellow cheese

it's only Tuesday but I have time now so I’m gonna have this session now.

A: there’s  progress I think

Q in what way?

A fitness. The exam period is over and I feel better about going to the gym. So since last Wednesday, I have gone to the gym 4 times ( Wed, Sat, Sun, Tue). Also, I ran yesterday.

Q what helps you?

A: On Sat I was in a Tel Avivian branch of my gym, and there were many fit guys, it was like a punch for me

And it made me realize how far I am from them.

I think that watching myself in the mirror also helps me to see the reality. How heavy I became. 

Q is there something else that helps you to make progress? What about the food?

there’s not a big progress

I think that I should write everything I eat. 

This reminds me to update today. It’s done now.

I’m in a big overdraft because I purchased a ticket to the USA.

I completed it now on the other hand.

but still, I want to update everything I eat in two categories: bad and good. 

which reminds me that tea+ v milk is 'good'  in the meantime. 

my goals: eat more healthily, lose body fat, and help other people do the same.

tips

1. listen to your belly. it should be free, and loose. there should be a pleasant sensation rather than blocking, pressure, pain, content, you name it.

2. cook smaller portions. don't cook more than one dish. finish a dish and then cook. freeze portions. 

3. add sauce. cook sauce. 

4. buy fruit ( there are only 4 more fruits: an orange, a pear, and?)

5. buy parsley for smoothies (and for the dog)

6. use a credit card in supermarkets and don't withdraw money. (I withdrew money to use the credit card less to lessen my expenses.)  In this way, I'll buy food I'll eat at home.

7. run today. Go to the gym on Friday. try to fast tomorrow. run again on Friday/ Saturday. and you'll complete 3 runs and 3 gym workouts for this week. I'm in the middle now.

8. get inspired. watch YouTube videos. put their links in this blog. Open Instagram and watch inspiring posts.

there were many fit guys. it was like a punch for me to see where they are and where I am, the difference, the extra weight I carry over a fit body

it's a vicious cycle, I eat, gain weight, and eat to deal with having become fat
I don't want to see how I look so I eat and smoke and then become even fatter.
how do I get out of this vicious cycle?

and I wanted to write my expenses using credit card
why don't I write every thing I eat? because of all the pressure I have lately, extra work and studies to complete
but today, there is less pressure,

man, I didn't choose to study statistics
in the age of 45 I should enjoy life like a retired person
I chose to do this master's degree because I wanted to enlarge my salary
and why did I wanted that?
more money = I can buy an apartment, I can pay for courses like fasting, breatharianism, health coaches, massage course, whatever.
I know, I didn't have to do it. it's my choice
after the first degree (B.Sc) I said I finished with academy and I did teacher certificate in 5 years, and now, M.A.
besides statistics, the rest courses I friendly
but s' takes so much. so much of engaging in an unwanted content on my behalf.

at the moment, my belly is full

there's ripe avocado in the fridge, waiting to be eaten.

am I going to the gym today? am I going to run today? 
when do I intend to go to the gym next?
I was thinking about sitting on s' first.

I should always have cooked food at home
I should wash the dishes on a daily basis
I should buy parsley and celery and make my soup
I started to soak chickpea! that's wonderful!
I can make homemade hummus and eat it as a salad instead of with pita bread
parsley is also a snack for my dog
I can watch some YouTube health content form time to time. it doesn't have to be 30 minutes each time but one video or 10 minutes out of a longer video.
I can watch videos about exercising, vegan influencers, raw food influencers,

God, do I need to ask the municipality to spay female cats and neuter male cats from behind my building? because they injure each other and my dog bark because of their fights?

I want to have that blood test for the thyroid

They change the concentration of the active material 

And I felt that I take too much of it, 100 micrograms a day.

I almost went to the gym this morning

But walking the dog, having a blood test, stopping at a cafe, spending 1 hour at the gym take all the time I’m supposed to be working and I have work to finish.
