Thursday 30 minutes self health coaching July 1st 2021

Hi

A bad day so far.

It’s the beginning of my summer holiday and there’s a void.

The void is a trigger for filling my body with junk food and drug me. That I cannot feel what comes up when there is void.

Next week I’m in Greece. Alone. For a month.

I start at staying in my own room. So I’ll be on holiday, alone where these are triggers for coffee , cigarette, chocolate pastry and non vegan foods while I actually plan a healing time.

So

I see myself there, go for a run, buy fruits and salads or vegetables, and talk to people in English.

Sometimes I’ll sleep in a hostel. Sometimes I’ll take a room for myself.

Maybe I’ll do power exercises.

I should. I want to.

I’m going to learn there. To read the TMI book, to read awaken the giant within, the power of subconscious mind,

Raw bundle books, yoga book, 

To learn nutrition, healthy lifestyle. Yes, I’m going to do it there. I just change the settings but not my routine. 

It’s the time for working only in my business healthy lifestyle coaching.

Maybe I’ll upload videos to YouTube.

At least I’ll write and upload articles.

I don’t want to change too many places. 

Let’s talk about my health.

I might go tonight and/or tomorrow morning to the gym. A wonderful idea.

On Saturday I’ll run.

Amazing.

Next week I can run on Sunday, go to the gym on Sunday.

On Monday evening I can go to the gym and then on Tuesday I’m flying. So maybe when I get to the hostel, I can take a walk.

I’ll buy a sim in the airport.

I’m going to buy there fruits and eat mono fruit meals.

I’ll drink enough water. I’ll supplement with dates. I must eat a daily green leafy salad. I can make it or buy it. I should have/ bring/ bug a cutting board, a knife, a bowl and a fork.

Like I had in India.

I should train myself to choosing healthy ways to fill the void. I’m going to encounter lots of void times.

Let’s talk about today.

I don’t have food. I went out quickly and didn’t have time to cut the watermelon and bring it with me.

So , I’m coming with water only.

Ok, first, I can be hungry and then go down and buy fruit, one kind. Second, I plan to withdrawal money before I’m visiting my family, so, then I can buy one fruit for the hunger time.

At home I have the watermelon, lettuce, cucumber, dates.

Tomorrow I’ll buy more fruit. I need fruit and vegetables till Tuesday noon.

1. What did I eat yesterday and what was my exercise?

I didn’t work out yesterday


2. What do I want to achieve? What are my goals?

I want to eat clean

I want to stop choosing, buying, consuming junk food.

I want to be a role model for healthy lifestyle.

I want to come to a pool party and be fit, not to be shy because of my fat , to take off my shirt and look good, fit and getting into the pool without thinking.

I want to quit or at least lessen dramatically smoking, coffee, wheat, non vegan food , oil, salt , fried food, restaurants, alcohol.

I want to run again, almost daily.
