Now 19:37 ill have chick pea tomato, boiled green, cooked vegetables ( eggplant, zucchini and tomato) but I'm not hungry. I had bread too.

On Tuesday evening till Thursday morning I was traveling with someone so I didn't concentrated in healing myself. Yesterday I arrived to a new place which seemed challenging so I documented my food on Thursday but didn't do more.
Today, I opened a document and started to list the thing I do for my health.
I meditated for 1 hour, read 1 hour a spiritual book ( new earth), read 30 min raw food explained,
and hopefully I'll devote 30 minutes more for reading and using the tools.
I should eat less ( or not at all) wheat
I should quit smoking, quit drinking coffee
stick to vegan diet
eat when I'm hungry
choose more raw food options. fruits, salads
tomorrow I plan meditating, walking to 2-3 beaches, eat 2 melons I have. ( i ate dates today)
I plan to avoid restaurants.
